Established by the Clark Family in 2012, 1st Choice Properties is an independent, family owned and operated real estate brokerage serving the Delaware and Maryland coastal communities. Their first experience in real estate began in 2002 when they decided to dive head first into rental investments to save for their children's college education. They began by purchasing a duplex in 2002 and successfully managed to grow their real estate investments to 12 rental units. Abby Clark was an elementary school teacher and Trevor managed several corporate training teams. It was through years of enjoying management experiences of these properties and their love for the beach that made the Clark family decide to move to Bethany Beach and combine their two passions. The 1^st Choice Team feels privileged to share their experience and expertise with you.

Born and raised in North Wilmington & Hockessin area of Delaware then I 
moved to the Bethany area to be closer to family and happy to be away from I95.
Prior to being at 1st Chioice Properties I worked in the Optical field for 16 years.
Since then I have been enjoying the new challenges of being in the rental department at 1^st Choice Properties.
