An eligible listing must possess the following criteria:

Exclusively listed with 1st Choice Properties
Minimum of seven prime rental weeks available at standard commission rate
Meet minimum standard of quality determined by Rental Manager
Properties listing after July 15th must list for the upcoming rental season

Payments

1% of the earned gross rent as calculated for the calendar year will be issued at the end of each year.
Agents who refer multiple properties before the end of the calendar year can receive an additional referral bonus. Agents will earn $200 for referring 2-4 properties OR $500 for referring more than 5 properties.
All referral payments paid to non-1st Choice Properties agents will be paid through the agent's broker.
Agents must have an active DE or MD license, depending on the rental location, at the time of payouts.
