Plan your vacation this year with an elegantly furnished 3 bed/2 bath townhome in the Ocean View Beach Club Community, just 2 miles from Bethany Beach. This beautiful home offers a modern kitchen and huge island with seating for 4 and all the essentials like a microwave, blender, and coffee maker. A dining area with a table that has seating for every guest and a living room including a small bar and a 65" TV.

The Master bedroom, on the first floor, boasts a private bathroom with a shower, and queen bed. The second bedroom will come with a queen bed, and the final bedroom comes with a pyramid bunk bed, full on the bottom and twin on top, with a trundle. All bedrooms will come with TVs.

The loft offers a large lounging area with a sectional sofa. A 55" TV, game table with seating, and additional sleeping for 2. There are ceiling fans throughout the property with a lot of natural light coming in.

This property will also come with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, outdoor games, and coolers. A beautiful patio is available with plenty of seating for your group.

Guests may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered by Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2023 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed, and the guest must choose between Vacation Rental Damage Protection of $73.50, or a refundable-Security Deposit of $1000, which will be applied to the reservation through the Property Manager.
