The Master bedroom, on the first floor, boasts a private bathroom with a shower, queen bed. The second bedroom will come with a queen bed, and the final bedroom comes with a pyramid bunk bed, full on bottom and twin on top. All bedrooms will come with tv's.

The loft offers a large lounging area with a sectional sofa. A 55" TV, game table with seating.

This property will also come with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, outdoor games, and coolers.

Renters may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2022 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed, and the guest must choose between Vacation Rental Damage Protection of $70, or a refundable-Security Deposit of $1000, which will be applied to the reservation through the Property Manager.
