Bishops Landing has a beach shuttle to the beach that runs all week, This home provides a custom, open concept living with the kitchen, living area, and dining area all flowing together. The living has an extremely comfortable sectional sofa and additional chairs, along with a large 65" Smart TV. Guests can enjoy meals by utilizing the well-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of seating with a table that seats six and additional seating on the island. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed with an electric, adjustable base, a full bath complete with a double sink, and a masterfully crafted, tiled walked-in shower. A half bath is located on this floor as well. Stepping out from the living room, guests can relax in the screened-in porch and additional outdoor patio with plenty of seating for those relaxing summer nights. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms come with comfortable queen-size beds. Additionally, all bedrooms come with smart TVs. There is a loft area and full bath complete with a shower/tub combo upstairs. Working from home is easier with Verizon Fios internet. Faster internet connection and speeds make last-minute zoom meetings that much easier.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Bishop's Landing is located in Millville only 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. There is also a Bocce court just a few houses down from this wonderful home. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The shuttle service runs all week between 10 am and 6 pm with some days having multiple shuttles running at the same time. Additional details for stops will be at the property. The amenities are available between Memorial Day and Labor Day(subject to change based on HOA and community regulations)
