Spend your next vacation in this spacious Dog friendly, and comfortable 3-bedroom townhome in Bay Forest Community, down the street from the main Clubhouse and a few minutes from the Bethany Beach boardwalk! This home offers an open-floor plan with 3 separate living spaces (two on the main level and the other upstairs) allowing everyone to relax and spend time together. You can prepare your meals in the fully-equipped and supplied kitchen with a slow drip coffee marker, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils and more. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for 6. Additional seating at the kitchen island bar for 2 and a high top table with seating for 4.

The spacious, first living room is cozy and excellent for game night. The second living room, tucked away in the back of the home has a large screen TV for movie night. Upstairs is the loft space with another large screen TV and a queen sized murphy bed, available for guests to use.

The expansive primary suite, located on the first floor, includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, closet and dual sink. On the second floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms with king-size beds, and TV's in both. The bedrooms upstairs also share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub.

After a long day at the beach or the community pool, guests can also relax in the backyard patio, with furniture that seats 6, firepit, gas grill and a hammock that will be installed for the season.

The Bay Forest community is amenity-rich and offers a large range of recreational activities. There are two community pools (one is with a lazy river), a fitness center, basketball courts, nature trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, Bocce ball, Horseshoes, Volleyball and a beach shuttle, and a pier with a canoe launch. A community fee of $150 is required along with the purchase of amenity passes, at $50/pass maximum 6 passes. Guests will be required to fill out a short application prior to their stay in order to receive their passes. If a last minute reservation occurs, within a week of the start date for the reservation, amenity passes will not be available for guests. Amenity access and price is subject to change per the community.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.

The property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be charged for any guest that brings their dog.
