Relax and enjoy your stay in this well-maintained 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. There is a wide ramp in front for easy access into the home. The newly remodeled, beautiful kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. The new stainless-steel appliances are an excellent addition, along with a hood for cooking and a wet bar! The kitchen island comes with additional counter space, storage, and bench seating for the incredible dinning table that sits 8. Your group can relax in either of the two living rooms the property provides. The first living room, as your enter the property, has comfortable seating for 4, a large screen TV and has direct access to the new kitchen space. The second living is off of the kitchen has a large and comfortable, sectional sofa, a recliner, single seater, and a new billiard table for game night! The powder room/laundry room is off of this living space. The deck on the back of the house is a great place to spend mornings drinking coffee and enjoying evening meals with a table and chairs and a gas grill. An outside shower for guests after a day at the beach.

The primary suite is down the hall from the entry family room. This suite comes with a king-size bed, adjoining study, TV and excellent bathroom suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds and the third bedroom comes with a queen bed and TV. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that comes with a shower/tub. The 4th bedroom is off of the entry family room and has a full-size bed.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. Please let us know how many guests will be coming.

Friendly neighborhood with two pools, a fitness center, and tennis, convenient to everything Bethany has to offer. Amenity passes can be purchased for $6/day or $40/week/person. Just a short walk or ride on the Bethany Trolley to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

One parking pass for the town of Bethany is provided for use. The gas grill is available for our guests.
