Spend your next vacation relaxing in this stunning coastal-style home located in the Bay Forrest Community. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home offers open concept living with many upgrades throughout. The first floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, an oversized island, and stainless steel appliances. The living area offers ample seating with a stone fireplace, large flat-screen television, and access to the back patio. The patio provides views of the pond and the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The first-floor master bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, and large master bath with walk-in shower offer a tranquil escape after a long day at the beach or pool. In addition, there is a laundry room and half bath on this floor.

The second-floor entertainment room offers a large sectional sofa and flat-screen television for movie viewing. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this floor. The first is with a king-size bed and access to the full shared bath with a shower/tub combination. The other two each have a queen-size bed and share a jack and jill bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combination.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The Bay Forest community is amenity-rich and offers a large range of recreational activities. There are three community pools, a fitness center, basketball courts, nature trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, Bocce ball, a beach shuttle, and a pier with a boat launch. A community fee of $150 is required along with the purchase of amenity passes and fill out a short application for this reservation, at $50/pass, a maximum of 8 passes. If a last minute booking occurs, amenity passes may not be guaranteed. Amenity access and price is subject to change per the community and the property manager is not responsible for amenity availability.
