There is a living area with a pull-out sofa bed and television, a shared full bathroom, a bedroom with two twin-size beds, and a laundry room. The rear balcony is accessible from the entertainment room and bedroom.

The third level provides open-concept living with multiple windows and views! There is a well-equipped kitchen with an oversized island, wine refrigerator, and gas cooktop. The dining area provides a large table and access to a rear deck. The living area boasts a gas fireplace, television, sectional sofa, and an additional table for games, puzzles, or meals, as well as a balcony.
