The home offers an open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining area, and living area with flat screen tv. There is a first-floor primary bedroom with king-size bed and a full bathroom. The second floor offers a shared full bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed with a unique wicker swing chair perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed and a large couch. The additional living area in the upstairs provides a separate space for television viewing and/or game playing. The second-floor primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and full private bath.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Be sure to take advantage of the many amenities this community offers, including a magnificent community pool, billiards, gym, sauna, and shuttle to the boardwalk and beach in downtown Bethany.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
