Escape to this beautifully decorated, new 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the Beach Club community located only minutes from Bethany Beach. The first floor offers an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen with a large island and dining area and a living space which has a sectional sofa and flat-screen television. The first-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and a full bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. An office space/additional bedroom option with a day bed and half bath are located on this level as well.

New to the property this year is a patio in the back for a relaxing evening around a wood burning fire pit, with a large 6 burner gas grill, and outdoor shower, after a day at the beach.

The second floor boasts a large living space with ample seating, a flat-screen television, and a table area perfect for card and board games! There are four additional bedrooms located on the second floor, two with queen size beds, one with two twin size beds, and flat screen TV. Also, another room with two full-size beds. There are two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and a laundry room.

What To Do
Enjoy a short drive or shuttle ride to Downtown Bethany Beach for shopping, dining, or spending the day at their award-winning beaches. Take the opportunity of the many great amenities offered to the community of Ocean View Beach Club where you can relax at the large pool with an expansive sundeck and club house patio, also featuring an outdoor kiddie pool.

The resort style clubhouse has a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms. It also features a massage therapist whose schedule will be posted at the facility. There are yoga and spinning rooms, billiards and lounge and banquet facilities too. You may also play on the outdoor multipurpose sports court.
Beginning on Memorial Day, for the use of these amenities, there will be a $35 per person above the age of 6 fee for the week, which will be payable at the clubhouse. In summary these amenities include pools, gym, clubhouse, sauna, billiard room, and Beach Shuttle. Kids 6 and under are free. Renters will be issued arm bands with the date marked.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

There is WIFI and cable. A few reads for our young readers and few board games too.

The Beach shuttle runs weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), and on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach. (The first one is at 9:30 a.m.). And on the hour from the beach (the last shuttle returns at 4:00 p.m.) All passengers age 6 and over must wear a rental wristband. A complete shuttle schedule will be posted at the clubhouse.

Bethany Beach is home to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities such as nature walking/biking on the Assawoman Canal trails and kayaking on the Assawoman River and so much more. Beautiful beaches and a boardwalk.
