The living room includes a brand new smart TV that includes wi-fi and cable (media-com) that sits over a large credenza full of board games-perfect for TV and game night! The kitchen has all new high-end G.E. stainless appliances, and granite counters and is fully stocked with everything any cook would need! (new flatware, dishes, pots and pans, bar glasses, cups and mugs, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, and even a French-press). The dining area is right off the kitchen with a comfortable table that seats 6.

The lovely primary bedroom includes a brand new queen bed, a new lighted ceiling fan, a smart tv, 3 windows, a dresser and shelves, end tables with smart lamps (phone chargers), lovely beach decor, and a completely renovated half bathroom. The second bedroom window overlooks the pond and includes 2 brand new twin beds, a dresser, cute beach decor, and a new ceiling fan. The main bathroom is centrally located and includes a shower/tub combo, new vanity and sink, blow-dryer, small linen area, and a new stackable Samsung washer and dryer.

This home has many outdoor areas to enjoy your stay. You can relax on the Adirondack chairs that sit in the back on a sanded private beach, overlooking a small fountained pond. There is a lovely fenced grass-covered side yard with a picnic table and an outdoor gas grill. Upstairs you can enjoy an outdoor open porch, that overlooks the pond, which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, and cushioned side chairs. Next to the open porch is a lovely covered screened-in porch, that overlooks the pond, that includes a ceiling fan and a super comfy cushioned Lloyd Flanders couch and chairs. Perfect for an afternoon nap listening to the sounds of the birds and the fountain!

This property includes beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys for guests to use during their stay. After you return from a day on the beach you can shower in the outdoor shower.
