Three additional bedrooms are located on this level of the home. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and television. The other additional bedroom offers 2 extra long twin beds and a television. There are two shared full bathrooms with dual vanities and shower/tub combination on the second floor.

In addition to ample indoor living space, the back patio is the perfect spot for enjoying an evening fire and/or drinks, relaxing after a long day at the beach or pool! The patio offers a gas fireplace and Adirondack chairs. This property has an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.

Guests may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle. Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
