The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home with plenty of seating at the dining table, breakfast nook table, and kitchen island seating. The first-floor primary suite comes with a queen bed, a desk for work (only if you need to), and a TV with cable. The primary bathroom in the suite comes with a tub and walk-in shower and separated dual sinks.

The second floor has a loft space with an anchored bunk bed and two bedrooms. The first bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and the second bedroom comes with two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom that has a shower/tub. There is so much space to enjoy in this home and the home is a short walk to the amenities and clubhouse. This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK. ( Please note that these prices are for 2022 and may change for 2023 )

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.
