This home is located 2.5 miles from the Bethany Beach bandstand on the boardwalk along with all the great restaurants and shopping that downtown Bethany Beach provides! The Clearwater community comes with access to a pool and tennis court. A pass will be given at check in for access.

The first floor of this home has ample room to relax. A sitting room to the left of the front door is a comfortable space to relax and the living room has plenty of seating and a large screen TV for movie night. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a home cooked meal. Along with a slow drip coffee maker, a ninja blender, and glass top range/oven. The dining area seat 6 with an additional folding table and chairs for your guests. Adjacent to the dining area is the 4 seasons room with comfortable seating and attached is a screened in gazebo to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or late summer night drinks. There is plenty of fenced in yard space and additional yard games, and beach chairs in the garage.

The second floor has all 4 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a bunk bed, another twin size bed, and a queen bed a tv and ceiling fan. Under the bunk bed is another twin mattress available for guests to use. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have a queen size bed with ceiling fans. The primary suite has a queen size bed, TV and a full bathroom with a shower and tub and a walk in closet. The first 3 bedrooms all share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

This home is dog-friendly and allows for a dog up to 75 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 that is added to your reservation if you will be bringing your dog.
