Large and spacious living rooms with large flat-screen, HD smart TVs on both floors. The second-floor living room may also be a seventh bedroom that comes with 2 pyramid bunks, full on bottom and twin on top, a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and a full bathroom. Main level kitchen with stainless steel appliances in an open-concept kitchen and living room. Ample counter space, a large center island with breakfast bar and dining table. 2 additional dining areas available on the main level. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, shopping and great local restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK.

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests may enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, ping pong, a well-appointed fitness center, and beach shuttle.
