RECREATIONAL PASSES are required to use all the resort amenities, but this does not include golf.
NOTE: Only purchase passes only for those who will be using the amenities at the same time, i.e., you can share passes. Children under 4 years old do not need a pass but must be with an adult. Purchase passes at the Pavilion after arrival for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK (subject to change) Passes cost less off season.

LINENS
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed, and bath towels for each person. A washer and dryer inside the home are also available for your convenience.
No Smoking or Pets allowed.

PARKING
In addition to the garage and driveway, there is ample guest parking in the lot across from the Pavilion less than a block from the townhome.
